A 3-Step Plan:

Step 1 - Coaches and Parents
Coaches and parents take their Fundamentals course (45 min). Videos are 3-5 minutes and include an accompanying quiz.

Step 2 - Players
Coaches show their team the Player Fundamentals course (90 min).

Step 3 - Weekly Reflection
Every week through the season, coaches and parents will receive an email with their Fundamental of the week video and reflection.
"The Fundamentals provided our athletes with tangible ways to maximize their potential and make the most of their experience on the team. I highly recommend introducing the Fundamentals with players at any level."

Frequently Asked Questions

How do my parents & coaches access the course?

As an organization lead, you will be sent a template to populate all of your coaches & parent email addresses.

Once we have received your template, we will enroll all of your members and they will be granted access to their courses immediately!

How do players access the course?

The players course was designed to be delivered by your coaches. Each of your coaches will have access to the player course and can choose to deliver it in the way they feel best for their team. (we have some suggestions below)

Every parent account also has access to view the players course. Players can access their course material at home by using their parents login credentials.

How long does each course take to complete?

The courses are composed of 10-12 videos that range from 3-5 minutes in length. Each fundamental video is followed by a 3 question quiz. In total each full course should take 35-45 minutes.

Is there a deadline to complete the course?

We suggest the coaches & parents complete the course within 10 days of being granted access. After 10 days, they will start receiving their weekly reflections. Coaches & parents will receive a few reminders within the 10 days to complete their course.

What are the weekly reflections?

This is the real magic of All In Teams. Each week throughout their season, coaches & parents will receive a link to re-watch one of the short fundamentals videos and have the opportunity to complete reflection questions. This keeps our fundamentals top-of-mind and will give your organization a common language and infuse positive culture throughout your entire season.

How do you suggest coaches implement the player course?

We have a few ideas! We suggest coaches introduce the course as early in the season as possible and it could look something like this…

  • Take 15 minutes before or after the first 4 practices to introduce and show 4 fundamental videos.
  • Have a “retreat” night, order pizza and go through the course
  • If you have a pre-season tournament or event, take the opportunity to show the course between games.

How do we ensure our members are completing the course material?

At any point, we can send you a progress report for all of your users to give you an idea of who has completed their courses.
